Refund & Cancellation Policy for Fit-Max.online

 

At Fit-Max.online, we are committed to providing high-quality online fitness programs and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued, and what steps you need to follow.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Digital Services & Programs

All fitness programs, online classes, workout plans, personal coaching sessions, and digital content are delivered immediately upon purchase or access.

For digital services and content, we offer a **full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase — provided that:

  • You have not accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the program content (if technically trackable).

b. Service Packages (Coaching, Consultations)

Refunds for paid consultation sessions, personal training packages, or coaching bundles are eligible if the request is made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.

No refunds are provided once a session has started or been completed.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within the refund window via email: support@fit-max.online.

  2. Include your order number, email used for purchase, date of purchase, and reason for refund.

  3. Submit any relevant details that help assess your request.

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and notify you of approval status.


3. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • We will issue the refund to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days (bank processing times may vary).


4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You have already completed or accessed the majority of the digital program or service.

  • The request is made after the specified refund window.

  • Promotional or “free trial” offers — free or heavily discounted trials may not qualify for refunds unless otherwise stated.

  • Customized plans created specifically for you that cannot be reused or resold.


5. Changes to Booked Services

You may reschedule a booked service (e.g., coaching session) once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made later than this may forfeit the session without refund.
